Pan-fried wild scallops to start come served with kohlrabi pickle, roasted apple ketchup, dauphinoise chips and salsa. Enjoyed with a glass of Château Léoube – a dry Provence rosé in the palest pink with subtle flavours of strawberries and white peach. Vegetarian options include Jacquin Buchette goats cheese served with balsamic roasted beetroot, sweet vanilla poached pear and a generous helping of blackcurrant curd – the perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
For mains, their 30 day-aged, 10oz rib-eye steak is juicy in texture and bursting with flavours. Served with rustic thick-cut chips, beef dripping pangrattato shallots, exotic mushrooms and parsley butter – plus a generous side of ketchup to dip the chips, of course! Slow-cooked British pork belly and scallops are served with roasted apple ketchup, creamy dauphinoise potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and caramelised carrots.
Whether you’re a fan of chocolate or prefer a zesty note, make sure to leave room for dessert. Indulge in a melting chocolate-bomb, filled with chocolate brownie, Biscoff spread, vanilla ice cream, raspberries and served with a hot chocolate pouring sauce. The Sicilian Lemon is a classic, French-style tart made with a buttery, flaky crust and filled with a creamy lemon curd. Finished with meringue and a cherry amaretto compote, it’s the perfect ending.
