Extras

Try the Full South African for bold, unique flavours

Brunch begins with a vibrant full Mediterranean; two perfectly poached eggs with grilled halloumi, peppers, mushrooms, avocado and basil-marinated tomatoes. Served with a warm slice of focaccia, additions include smoked salmon, bacon and sausages. Looking for something different? The full South African brunch, with grilled Boerewors (a traditional South African sausage), Fego chakalaka relish and Mrs Balls chutney comes served with toasted sourdough and is a winner! The shakshuka (Arabic one-pan dish) also stands out for its perfectly poached eggs nestled in a spiced tomato sauce, accompanied by warm, fluffy flatbread – each bite bursts with flavour.

“Not to be missed are the Sweet Stack pancakes.”

Not to be missed are the Sweet Stack pancakes. Topped with seasonal fruit compote, maple butter and syrup – they’re surprisingly light. The fresh green power smoothie is a popular choice too and if you’re just after a pick-me-up, enjoy Fego’s speciality coffees. Plus, with its own artisan bakery at each location, Fego Bakehouse now offers everything from croissants to inventive pastries like their parsnip, maple syrup and pecan tin. Delicious to grab on-the-go with your afternoon coffee hit!
